First email draft

This was my first draft of my email:

 I went with a more short and sweet approach just because I took into account these people have jobs to do and this would get the point across with out being to pushy.

To whom it may concern;

    My name is Taylor Odum and I am a film student from brooks institute. I would like to conduct an interview on the way writing impacts the way you work.
